Intro

There are little things we can do every day to help reduce greenhouse gases and make a less harmful impact on the environment. That's exactly what we are doing.....Trying to Save Mother Earth. It has been a one year journey for us in this pursuit.We knew it is not an easy task at all and it can only be done by starting small. This was the sole reason why we started Project GreenWorld International last year.

Project GreenOman is it's Oman chapter which focuses on making Oman a greener nation.It is an exciting emotional delight to see the little greenish saplings we planted last year, standing stunningly high as promising plants today. If we have enough pace to soothe Mother earth, after all the careless deeds WE, Humans have done,then, WE CAN WIN THE RACE FOR TOMORROW.We perceived that improving the condition of a particular region will only be a temporary change but as the proverb says 'Slow and steady wins the race' and we are determined to win this race for survival. Project GreenWorld International  is a non-profit non-governmental children's organisation.We started off as a group of three children in Oman working towards spreading awareness about the threat Earth is facing in Oman and the world. We got tremendous support from  Project Earth, a worldwide platform for sharing ideas about saving earth. We divided our Org. into FIVE (and later on..SIX) SECTORS:-

• Climate change and global warming 
• Ecosystem Conservation 
• Recycling & Waste Management 
• Green Buildings and
• Spreading awareness about the need to conserve nature.
• And later we added one more sector,ie, Water Conservation.
